The three-storey palace housing the Museum of Fine Arts was previously known as the Black Palace and used as the Imperial Court Ministry. This is why it is separated from the other palaces within the Sa’ad Abad complex. Since 1980, it has been transformed into the present museum, exhibiting the unique and precious paintings collected in the palaces complex.
